APPLE PICKING SEASON IS HERE
While there’s nothing better than a fresh-baked apple crisp, there are many other ways to enjoy those fresh-picked apples. Besides being a healthy on-the-go snack, apples also pack tons of nutrients such as Vitamin C and potassium, and are a good source of healthy carbs, fiber, and are low in calories (~95 calories for one medium apple).
HOW TO EAT THE FRUITS OF YOUR APPLE-PICKING LABOR
